Our standard shipping method is UPS ground.
CPES, MultiWoodPrime, Bristol Finish, Epoxy Clean Up Solvent, and
High Build Epoxy Paint are flammable materials and require hazmat documentation to be shipped by air.
Air shipping is: UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska requires air shipment.
A Hazmat charge of $35.00 will be added to all orders for the above products if shipped by air.
UPS ground and Parcel Post are the only methods that do not require hazmat documentation.
CPES 2 gallon and 10 gallon kits can only be shipped via UPS ground.
CPES 10 gallon kits can not be shipped to Canada. Call for more information.
Canadain shipments may not be available to all locations in Canada.
Brokerage fees and duty will be collected by UPS upon delivery for all Canadian orders.

* Only unopened containers can be returned for credit.
* Returns must be authorized by Star Distributing prior to shipping.
* All returns will be subjected to inspection before credit is issued.
* The customer is solely responsible for shipping returns.
*All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.
* Items are not returnable after 60 days from purchase date.
